Ewa Jönsson and husband Staffan, left Sweden in 1989 to work in the USA.

Three years later, baggage full of new experiences, we left USA for Switzerland, again to pursue new work opportunities. With friends and colleagues from many different nationalities we notice a genuine interest in the Scandinavian culture, food and design, as well as in travelling to the Scandinavian countries.

With a background as a nutrition expert and with a great interest in food, wine and cooking, Ewa opened up Scandinavian Deli in Juni 2015. A coffee shop and bistro focused on slow food to meet the consumers demand for healthy, balanced and delicious meals with a Scandinavian touch.
